If you can hang in there long enough the states are about to decide to reward the irresponsible and remake those loans and bail out the people who bought homes they could not afford, could not afford when the full effect of those loans went into effect etc.
Do people really become successful in assuming other peoples home loan. How powerful are the contract in these real estate kits? What about wholesaling? I want to obtain properties, but I really don’t want to do things the traditonal way. What do you all think?
Yes some of the tricks that they advertise are not updated to fit nowadays market. Such as an assumable mortgage or taking over an HUD. But as far as the total knowledge of the subject …think of it as taking a home course in a subject. There is a lot of material to read and go through. You must be willing to study it and then apply it to the market that you are in. They make it sound as if you buy the book ..then it jumps up and starts making you money. As we all know, nothing worth having has ever come easy.
How do I file a small claims against a company that is web based as lists no address. I only have names of the two people involved. They are a realestate company and clever enough to never have any physical address.
If it’s a company, there is always an address, go to your local library and get the books, Standard & Poor. Some have the companies and some have the names of the CEO’s of the companies. Before you bring suit, look up the name of the President of the company and send him two letters, one to his place of work (company), one to his home address.
With good research you will not only have the CEO’s educational background, but you will know what he eats for breakfast. The letter to the President of the Company might just resolve your difficulty and save you a lawsuit.

2. I would like to see a list of your personal solds in the past year? in my neighborhood?.
3. Can I see your website?
4. What professional designations to you hold?
5. Give me an multiple examples of your marketing such as realtor.com, local media,
6. Do you promote in an extended area and if you do, give me an example.
7. References from your last 6 Sold’s
What I suspect is the cheapest will be limited in the answers from the above.
